Who Can Join TopLine?

Today, membership in TopLine Federal Credit Union is open to anyone who lives, works, worships, attends school or volunteers in the Twin Cities counties of Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott and Washington in Minnesota. Immediate family of current members are also eligible for membership.

Once you verify eligibility, complete a membership application either online or in-person at any branch location and deposit a minimum of $5 into your share account. You then become part-owner of TopLine Federal Credit Union with voting rights. And once you become a member, you remain a member–for life–as long as that basic share account is maintained.
