Not to be confused with the other Roswell, Roswell, Ga. has plenty to offer in terms of banking.

This city was a contender for the 2005 Newsweek Best Cities to Live in and can now add another title — Best City to Bank in.

This city made our list of Best Cities to Bank in because of it’s high 1.44% APY average interest rate on deposit accounts. Roswell also has a variety of banks to choose from with four banks (according to our research). That’s a pretty good number for a smaller city.

Roswell has a little more than 80,000 residents, according to the U.S. Census, and with the banks available to residents, that’s about 22,000 people per bank.
