Arkansas residents and others around the country can benefit from 4.44% APY if they open a Kasasa Cash checking account with First Arkansas Bank. A few perks of opening one of these accounts includes:

In order to maintain the special 4.44% APY, you must meet the following qualifications each month:

  • A minimum of 10 debit card purchases
  • 1 Direct Deposit, ACH automatic payment, or online bill pay
  • Receive electronic statements
  • Access your account online

If you don’t meet your monthly requirement, your APY will drop to the base, which is 0.05%. However, if you meet the requirements the following month, you will qualify for the 4.44% APY again.
