Investors Savings Bank is offers a number of competitive tiers for its Investors Edge Money Market Account. Here is a breakdown of the tiers:
- 1.25% APY - $500,000 +
- 1.10% APY - $200,000 - $499,999
- 1.00% APY - $50,000 - $199,999
- 0.40% APY - below $50,000
The minimum opening balance for this account is $50. Balances lower than $500 earn no interest and will be charged a monthly service fee. Limited check-writing privileges and unlimited cash withdrawals allowed.
A few blogs are also advertising a 2.00% APY special rate for the bank's Consumer Money Market Account. It is not advertised on the site, but is being sent out in a mailer to New Jersey residents. The rate is good for balances up to $2 million.
In order to qualify, you must open an account by October 31st with a minimum of $500. It is only available at their Verona, Nutley, Clifton, Cedar Grove, and Bloomfield locations.
