Here are some important details to consider when opening a certificate of deposit with Qualtrust CU:
- Minimum required to open an account is $1,000
- Early withdrawal penalty is 90 days of interest for 1 year deposit terms, and 180 days of interest for anything over 1 year
- Membership is open anyone who lives, works, plays or worships within a 10 mile radius of the credit union’s Irving and Grapevine locations or in Tom Green County
