Goldwater Bank Lowers Its High-Yield Savings Account to 1.52% APY

Arizona’s Goldwater Bank has lowered its high-yield savings account rate to 1.52% from it’s previous rate of 1.61%. While the rate has changed, the other features of the account remain the same:

  • $100 daily balance required to maintain the account
  • 6 withdrawals allowed per quarter
  • $20 fee is charged for outgoing wire transfers
  • Cashier’s checks are free

$1,500 required to open. There is a $15 fee if balance falls below this amount. Interest is paid quarterly.
