This savings account is an online account which enables consumers to easily manage the account from anywhere. To open the account a $100 deposit is required. The perk about this account is that there are no maintenance fees – which is great for saving money. And since you can only make 3 free withdrawals per quarter – this helps consumers to better save (for any withdrawal over 3 per quarter there is a $2 charge). Received statements will be e-Statements only. The current APY was available since December 17, 2008 and is still available.
First Catham bank also offers a Personal Savings account and a Minor Savings account.
