iGoBanking Savings Rate Drops Further to 1.31% APY

In October, we reported that the savings account from iGoBanking had dropped. Now we’ve found that the rate has dropped again to 1.31% APY from 1.56%. The basics of the account, however, remain the same.

  • No minimum balance requirements
  • No monthly service fees
  • FDIC insured

Opening an account only requires a $1 minimum opening balance.

To open an account, you simply need to be 18 or older, have your Social Security number of Tax ID ready, as well as your driver’s license. Also, you may need mortgage or loan information to confirm your identity, as well as current bank account information to transfer your funds.
