SmartSavings Direct Rate Lowers to 1.55% APY – Bank of American Fork in Utah

Bank of American Fork has lowered its SmartSavings Direct top tier rate to 1.55% APY. The previous rate was 1.60%. The current breakdown of tiers is as follows:

• 1.55% APY – $250,000 +
• 1.50% APY – $1,000 – $249,999.99
• 0.50% APY – $10 – $999.99

A minimum opening deposit of $10 is required. No monthly maintenance fees apply. 3 withdrawals and 6 pre-authorized withdrawals allowed per month (account will be charged a fee for the exceeding limit).
