- Last eight digits of your debit/ATM card
- A four-digit debit/ATM card PIN
- The ZIP code associated with the account
- If you choose “Telephone Banking PIN,” you’ll need to provide:
- Union Bank account number
- A four-digit telephone banking PIN
- Social Security number
- The ZIP code associated with the account
- If you choose “I Don’t Have a PIN,” you’ll click the “Continue” button to be brought to a new enrollment screen for online banking, where you’ll need to provide:
- Your account number
- Social Security number
- Date of birth
- The ZIP code associated with the account

How To Log In to Your Union Bank Account From a Mobile Phone or Tablet
The Union Bank mobile app is available for both iPhone and Android users. You’ll need to enroll in online banking before you can use the mobile app. To log in to your Union Bank account from a mobile device, here’s what you do:
- Download the app via the App Store or Google Play.
- Open the app and enter your username and password.
- Click the “SIGN ON” button.
How To Retrieve a Forgotten Username or Password
To retrieve your username or password, go to Union Bank’s homepage and follow these steps:
- Click the “Forgot User ID or Password?” link located beneath the “Sign On” button.
- You’ll be taken to a new page, where you’ll select either “Forgot User ID” or “Forgot Password.”
- Whichever one you choose, select the option for personal accounts.
You can recover both your username and password using your Union Bank card or telephone banking PIN. You’ll need to provide the following information depending on which option you select:
- Last eight digits of your Union Bank debit/ATM card
- Four-digit PIN for either your card or telephone banking
- Union Bank account number (if choosing telephone banking PIN)
- Social Security number (if choosing telephone banking PIN)
- The ZIP code associated with the account
If you’re recovering only your password, the difference is you’ll also have to provide your username with the above information.

Here’s how to view your Union Bank statement online:

- Click “Statements.”
- Choose which account statement you wish to view.
You can also switch entirely to electronic statements. After clicking “Statements,” follow these steps:
