In 1935, a group of 10 educators and administrators from Fort Worth opened the Fort Worth Teachers Credit Union at a desk in the Fort Worth ISD administration building. While EECU, derived from the former "Educational Employees Credit Union" name, reflects the original commitment of the credit union to educators in Fort Worth, the community charter now welcomes any individual who lives or works in the greater Fort Worth area. EECU serves over 170,000 members with over 10 branch locations in the greater Fort Worth area as well as with CU Service Centers and thousands of free ATM network locations nationwide.
With checking accounts, savings accounts and loans to meet your needs, EECU will work with you to find the combination to help you reach your personal financial goals. And with a full suite of online and mobile resources including transfers, the ability to open or close an account and Mobile Deposit, you'll have easy access to your money anywhere you go, any time. From investments to payroll, EECU also has products and services like business savings, checking, loans and insurance as well as treasury and merchant services to keep your operations and employees on track to success.
