Amazon offers careers without a college degree. And it provides several attractive benefits for all eligible employees, including a choice of four medical plans, options to set up a 401k savings plan with a company match and a pet assistance program. Workers looking for part-time jobs don’t need to miss out on benefits. Both part-time and full-time Gap Inc. employees enjoy company benefits, including a merchandise discount at all Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy and Outlet stores. All Trader Joe’s Crew Members get a 10 percent discount on products, and eligible employees build up their retirement savings with a 10 percent annual salary match by the company. Employees can get medical, dental and vision coverage for $75 a month.
