Every year, Fortune polls thousands of executives, analysts, directors and experts to find out which companies are the most respected, and on Jan. 22, the magazine released its 2019 list of the “World’s Most Admired Companies.” Here are the companies that made the cut for the top 10 — and the best employee perks you can get at each.

10. FedEx

FedEx employee perks include telecommuting for some positions, compressed work weeks, fully paid sabbaticals, on-site fitness centers and subsidized gym memberships, college tuition reimbursement, and health insurance and sick days for part-timers, Fortune reported.

9. JPMorgan Chase

Working at JPMorgan Chase gives you access to a number of employee programs, including back-up child care services and flexible work options, as well as discounts on banking services, electronics, arts and entertainment, fitness programs, travel and more.

8. Netflix

One aspect of Netflix’s core philosophy is freedom, which is expressed in the perks given to employees. There are no limits to spending on work-related travel and other expenses, unlimited vacation and parental leave, and a choice in how much of your compensation is paid in salary and how much is paid in stock options.

7. Alphabet

Working at Alphabet, the parent company of Google, means you’ll get free lunch and snacks, gym subsidies, the flexibility to work from home and the option to bring your dog to work, according to employee reviews on Glassdoor.

6. Microsoft

In addition to competitive pay, bonuses and stock awards, Microsoft gives its employees $800 per year to be used for wellness-related expenses, on-campus healthcare access, coaches to help with college admissions for employees’ children, employee discounts on Microsoft products, and donation and volunteer matching.

5. Starbucks

Even part-time employees qualify for Starbucks’ benefits, which include discounted company stock, 100 percent coverage for tuition to Arizona State University’s online bachelor’s degree program and transit passes funded by pre-tax payroll deductions.

4. Walt Disney

The Walt Disney Company includes Disney, ESPN, Pixar, ABC, Marvel and Lucasfilm, Ltd. Perks likely vary among the different entities, but for Disney theme park and resort employees, benefits include 100 percent tuition paid upfront at Disney Aspire network schools, annual pay increases, and discounts on Disney dining, merchandise, hotels, cruises and theme park admission.

3. Berkshire Hathaway

Holding company Berkshire Hathaway owns a number of subsidiaries, including Benjamin Moore, Duracell, Fruit of the Loom, Geico, Dairy Queen and See’s Candies. It also oversees Berkshire Hathaway Automotive, Berkshire Hathaway Energy Company, Berkshire Hathaway Guard Insurance Companies, Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies and Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance. The corporate perks likely vary from company to company, but some benefits include adoption assistance and tuition reimbursement.

2. Amazon

At Amazon you’ll get an employee discount on products sold and shipped by — which covers almost any product you could want. Plus, the e-commerce giant has a free Employee Assistance Program that provides confidential 24/7 support, resources and referrals to employees, adoption assistance, and paid maternity and paternity leave.
