In the United States, assembly workers earn an average hourly wage of $18.17, or an annual salary of $37,780, according to the latest data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Top-earning assembly workers earn as much as $26.21 per hour, while those in the bottom 10% earn $12.58 per hour.
