Before he moved into the White House, President Donald Trump already owned quite a few mansions. He built an impressive personal real estate portfolio over the course of his business life and didn’t let them collect dust along the way, either.
Keep reading to see some of Trump’s most valuable properties.
No. 1: Trump Tower
Widely considered to be the crown jewel in his portfolio, this 68-story high-rise is located in the heart of Manhattan and worth an estimated $345 million. Situated directly on Fifth Avenue, it features 26 floors of office space and 38 floors of condominiums.
This spot is actually where President Trump called home up until his election. The unit is worth approximately $64 million and has more than 6,000 square feet of floor space.
No. 2: Mar-a-Lago
Mar-a-Lago is located in the oceanside community of Palm Springs, Fla. President Trump has made frequent visits to the golf resort since taking office. Valued at over $160 million, this exclusive club isn’t accessible to everyone. The initiation fee is $200,000, which is double what it cost prior to the election.
No. 3: Trump Winery
The president decided to lay a footprint in the historic Blue Ridge Mountains with his Trump Winery in Charlottesville, Va. Featuring a 26,000-square-foot luxury hotel and a 1,300-acre estate, this sprawling property is just a stone’s throw away from Monticello, the home of founding father Thomas Jefferson.
