Amazon Gets Rid of Bonuses and Stocks for Workers Right After Increasing Wages
After announcing plans to increase the minimum wage for its employees to $15 an hour, Amazon will simultaneously cut back on monthly bonuses and share allowances for employees. Although this has drawn criticism, the retailer believes that the wage increase will account for this loss in employee benefits.
