CNN Money recently revealed 10 cities that are considered the best to rent or buy from. The best city noted for purchasing a home was Arlington, Texas because it had a great average list price ($72,000), coupled with low mortgage rates and a reasonable average annual rent of $9,400. Not to mention that the area is growing in a good way.
As for places to rent, Omaha was one of the best places because of the reasonable annual rent of $10,400 and its economic growth. Some other cities included Miami, Manhattan, Seattle and Minneapolis. (CNN Money)
