The Woodforest Mobile Banking app is available on the Apple Store or Google Play store. To log in to your mobile account, just download and open the app. Next, enter your username and password — the same ones you use to log in online — and click the “LOG IN” button on the sign-in screen. You also can set up biometric authentication if you want to boost your account security.

How To Retrieve a Forgotten Username or Password

To reset your password, go to the login page mentioned earlier and follow these steps:

  1. Click the “Forgot your password?” link.
  2. At the password reset page, enter your username.
  3. A temporary password will be sent to your email address.
  4. Enter your username and temporary password.
  5. Click “Continue” and follow the instructions.
