TD Beyond Checking has a higher $25 monthly fee, but similarly, this is waived if direct deposits are made within a statement cycle, the account has a balance in surplus of $2,500, or a customer has more than $25,000 across multiple TD accounts. TD Essential Checking Account

TD Essential Banking has the lowest monthly fee of $4.95. The fee is waived for account holders between the ages of 13 and 17. One major benefit of this account, however, is its Zelle integration.

TD 60 Plus Checking Account

60 Plus Checking has a $10 fee, but this is waived if the account balance stays above $250.

Opening a Savings Account With TD

TD Bank has three savings accounts: TD Every Day Savings, TD ePremium Savings and TD High Interest Savings. 

None of the accounts have any monthly fees. However, transactions do incur charges. TD Every Day Savings has one free transaction per month and a $3 fee on any further transactions. TD ePremium Savings and TD High Interest Savings charge a flat $5 fee on all transactions.

If customers meet minimum balance requirements, these fees can be waived. Satisfying these requirements also allows TD customers to earn more interest with the ePremium Savings and High Interest Savings accounts.
