Laurence “Larry” Fink is the chairman and CEO of asset management company BlackRock, which he co-founded in 1988. Under his leadership, BlackRock has grown to one of the largest asset managers in the world.

Prior to founding BlackRock, Fink was a managing director at The First Boston Corporation.

Currently, Fink serves on the Board of Trustees of New York University (NYU) and the World Economic Forum, among several others.

He earned a BA and MBA from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA).
