Biography:

Gail MarksJarvis is a personal finance columnist for the Chicago Tribune. Her columns are read by millions of people in metro newspapers across the U.S.

Before beginning her personal finance column, MarksJarvis spent a decade covering business.

As a personal finance columnist, she has heard a lot from readers about their investing problems. As a result, she went on to write “Saving for Retirement Without Living Like a Pauper or Winning the Lottery” in order to simplify the investing process so that anyone could handle it.
