As Vice President, Consumer Communications, Heather serves as TransUnion’s voice to the consumer and a communications thought leader. She represents the TransUnion brand through content, social media, customer service, and public relations, engaging consumers with information and products to help them manage their credit, risk and identity. Reporting directly to TransUnion’s Executive Vice President, Marketing and collaborating closely with the President of TransUnion’s Consumer Interactive Division, Heather translates business goals and objectives into consumer engagement strategies.
