Tauren Dyson is a journalist who loves everything about media. He is a freelance writer and an editor with Crain's Washington Business. Dyson has contributed content to the AARP Bulletin, Yahoo!, the Washington Post-owned Gazette, The New York Daily News and the Scripps Company.
Dyson was named an E.W. Scripps Journalism Fellow in Naples, Florida at the Daily News in 2010. His four-month stint in Naples in 2011 earned him and a team of reporters and editors the Best of Scripps Award for deadline reporting.
Dyson currently lives in the Washington, DC area, is enrolled in the graduate writing program at The Johns Hopkins University and holds a masters in journalism from American University, along with a bachelors in electronic media and film from Towson University.
