Americans will be flocking to cities with affordable homes this year, with a particular interest in Rust Belt cities, moveBuddha reported. The analysis predicts five cities where more Americans will be moving to versus moving from, all of which have median home values under $300,000.
Here’s a look at the affordable cities Americans will be moving to throughout 2024, ranked by the highest ratio of moves in to out.
Madison, Wisconsin
