Where did the ultra-wealthy buy homes in February? The 10 most expensive homes sold in February 2026 were predominantly in Florida and New York, according to a new Redfin report. The two coastal states accounted for 80% of the ranking and dominated the top five listings with a Manalapan, Florida, enclave snagging the first spot at a cool $68.3 million.

1. Manalapan, Florida: $68.3 Million

Per Redfin’s report, the 1940 Ocean Boulevard oceanfront estate had never been listed before.

 

2. New York City: $57 Million

Unit PHS, which sold for $57 million, is a unit at 70 Vestry, a luxury condominium complex in Tribeca. With 14 floors and 46 units, this building offers spectacular waterfront views and a suite of amenities to residents like a private driveway, library and café.

3. New York City: $55 Million

An anonymous buyer purchased the five-story refurbished townhome at 8 E. 62nd Street.

4. New York City: $52.5 Million

The new owner of 432 Park Ave. Unit 78th Floor is now a few streets walking distance from iconic Central Park.

5. New York City: $46.75 Million

Close to $47 million was shelled out to reside at 36 E. 63rd Street.

6. Incline Village, Nevada: $46 Million

The mountain retreat at 919 Lakeshore Boulevard is the only Nevada locale to crack the top 10.

7. Jupiter, Florida: $41 Million

The high-end town of Jupiter, Florida, sold its 118 Bears Club Drive property for just over $40 million.

8. Los Angeles: $40 Million

The mansion sold at 12833 Chalon Road is the only Southern California listing to enter the top 10.

9. New York City: $37.25 Million

Another hot Manhattan property was scooped up at the 220 Central Park S. Unit 32A address.

10. Manalapan, Florida: $31.5 Million

The 880 Ocean Boulevard property is the second ultra-expensive listing sold in Manalapan. And compared to the number one ranking, it’s technically a steal since it’s $36.8 million cheaper.
