Austin, Texas, already wildly appealing thanks to its affordable cost of living and absence of state income tax, has another feather to add to its cap of reasons it’s worth living in. The home of the University of Texas recently took first place in a WalletHub ranking of the best college towns and cities in America.

Despite landing the No. 1 spot, Austin is the only city in Texas to rank within WalletHub’s top 10. Florida made up 30% of the top 10 with popular college cities Orlando, Tampa and Gainesville.
