Abigail “Abby” Johnson is the chairman and CEO of Fidelity Investments, a major mutual fund company based in Boston. She took over as CEO for her father in 2014 and has been chairman since 2016. Johnson owns 24.5% of the firm, which manages $3.7 trillion in assets.

Johnson ranked fifth in Forbes’ 2022 “The World’s Most Powerful Women” list and was named No. 2 on American Banker’s “Most Powerful Women in Finance” that same year.
