Jensen Huang, co-founder and CEO of Nvidia, has transformed from a modest tech worker into one of the world’s wealthiest individuals, with a net worth exceeding $174 billion. As Nvidia became the first company to reach a $5 trillion valuation, Huang’s real estate portfolio has grown to reflect his extraordinary success. Here are the most expensive properties in his estimated $53 million real estate empire.

Also here’s how much Huang has gained through AI last year.

San Francisco Gold Coast Mansion

  • Price: $38 million

Huang’s most expensive acquisition sits in San Francisco’s prestigious Pacific Heights neighborhood, specifically the exclusive Gold Coast area. He purchased the property in 2017 for over $38 million, according to Yahoo Finance. The limestone masterpiece spans 11,400 square feet and features a distinctive curved roof.

The luxurious abode offers panoramic views of the Golden Gate Bridge, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, a large terrace, three-car garage, two dedicated wine rooms, outdoor kitchen, private elevator, home theater and gym.

Maui Oceanfront Estate

  • Estimated price: $7.5 million

Huang’s Hawaiian retreat represents the ultimate island luxury. He snapped up a home on the south side of Maui in 2004, situated in the Wailea Resort, which houses 14 other properties behind a gate and spans 10.5 acres on the ocean.

Built in 2008, the residence features seven bedrooms surrounded by tropical greenery across 8,000 square feet. Following the devastating Maui wildfires in 2023, an Nvidia spokesperson confirmed that the Huangs “donated significantly to local relief efforts,” according to California Luxury Houses.

Los Altos Hills Estate

  • Price: $6.9 Million

Located just 15 miles from Nvidia’s Santa Clara headquarters, Huang purchased this property in 2003 for $6.9 million, as reported by Mansion Global.

The elegant two-story estate measures over 7,000 square feet with six bedrooms. Known for its lush, mature landscaping and resort-style swimming pool, the property offers a tranquil escape from Silicon Valley’s high-pressure tech environment while maintaining proximity to Nvidia’s headquarters.
