LOS ANGELES, July 28, 2015 /PRNewswire/ ― San Francisco is the most expensive city for singles, while Chattanooga, Tenn. is the least, a new study from personal finance website GOBankingRates found. The report surveyed the largest cities in the U.S. on the factors that have the most effect on a single person’s budget: clothing, dates, gym memberships and rent per square foot.
