Barbara Friedberg

Barbara Friedberg, MBA, MS, brings decades of finance and investing experience. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the University of Cincinnati, a Master of Science degree in student affairs administration and counseling from Miami University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Penn State University in finance.

She is a former investment portfolio manager where she was the final decision maker on all financial matters, including but not limited to capital allocation, financial assets portfolio management, tax planning, dividend policy, investment property purchases and divestitures. Friedberg taught Finance and Investments at several universities. Her published work includes Personal Finance: An Encyclopedia of Modern Money Management, Invest and Beat the Pros–Create and Manage a Successful Investment Portfolio, and How to Get Rich; Without Winning the Lottery. Friedberg is owner of Wealth Media which publishes the internationally recognized investing website, Barbara Friedberg Personal Finance and the fintech site Robo-Advisor Pros. Her work has been featured in U.S. News & World Report, Investopedia, Yahoo! Finance, GOBankingRates, InvestorPlace and many more publications.
