Chad Cummings

Chad D. Cummings is an attorney, Certified Public Accountant, and business law professor who previously worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers, American Airlines, and JPMorgan before establishing his law practice. Chad holds four degrees, including two degrees in accounting and taxation, and two law degrees, and ten professional licenses and certifications in law, tax, accounting, and finance, which he applies for the benefit of his hundreds of clients in his multi-state law practice, serving clients in matters of tax, estate planning, wealth preservation, commercial, and financial law.

My book "Transhumanism: Morality and Law at the Frontier of the Human Condition" was published in 2002, and my podcast is #LegalBytes, which can be found on YouTube and is directed at small business owners and medium- to high-net worth individuals. Over the course of my career, I have been involved with over $20 billion in complex transactions, and my law firm serves clients as far away as Mongolia.
