To find the most affordable ZIP codes for renters, CashNetUSA compared the average household incomes and annual rent costs in each U.S. ZIP code, and found the areas where rents cost the lowest percentage of household income.
If you’re looking for a neighborhood with relatively affordable rent, consider moving to one of these ZIP codes where the average rent costs less than 14% of the average household income.
