Brandon Turner is the author of “The Book on Rental Property Investing.”

He is a former host of “The BiggerPockets Podcast,” which boasts over 100 million downloads, and is the founder and managing member of the real estate investment firm Open Door Capital.

Turner’s other books include “The Book on Managing Rental Properties,” “The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down,” “How to Invest in Real Estate” and “The Intention Journal.” His books have sold over a million copies.
