He got his degree in English literature from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. After publishing “The Simple Path to Wealth” in 2016, he published his second book, “How I Lost Money in Real Estate Before It Was Fashionable,” in 2021.
He is currently working on his third book due out in 2023. The working title is “Pathfinders: Traveler’s Tales from the Simple Path to Wealth.”
