Mesa
Just outside of Phoenix, Mesa is a historic city with lots of culture, including the Mesa Arts Center. This city also has its share of manufactured home communities, some of which are quite luxurious, yet you can find a unit for under $100,000.
Tucson
If you prefer a condo to a stand-alone manufactured home, Tucson is a good place to look. This city has a lot of condominium complexes, and a unit with two or more bedrooms and luxury appointments isn’t hard to find. Of course, if you do want a stand-alone residence, you can find those as well, including new construction, in manufactured home communities.
Cottonwood
If you’re looking for a smaller-town feel than some of these large cities provide, Cottonwood is a bit further afield. Located in the center of the state, Cottonwood is known as the Heart of Arizona Wine Country, and has a lovely historic downtown area. Like many Arizona cities, Cottonwood has mobile home and manufactured home parks, with well-appointed units available for less than $100,000.
Luxury is often in the eye of the beholder, but you don’t need to give up on it if your quest for a home leads you to Arizona.Â
