According to Old Navy’s website “almost everything is on sale” for its early Black Friday celebration — and for as low as $5. This makes for a prime time for retirees living on a fixed budget to stock up on apparel for the winter and spring.
GOBankingRates scoured the Old Navy site to find the 10 of the best sales items retirees should consider either for themselves or as holiday gifts for loved ones.
Women’s Car Coat
The Relaxed Car Coatat Old Navy is on sale for $39.99, down from $79.99. It’s a standout piece because you can wear it with a casual outfit or something a touch more formal. At the same time, it looks super comfy. It has lined pockets and comes in a variety of colors.
Woman’s Sweatshirt
The SoComfy Relaxed Tunic Sweatshirt — on sale at Old Navy for $19, down from $36.99 — is not only an excellent deal, it’s also a piece of apparel that you will likely keep for years thanks to its simplicity and comfy, casual style.
Women’s Long-Sleeved Turtleneck
When it’s cold out, layering up with a turtleneck is a good idea. The Plush Turtleneck comes in a number of colors, and the savings you’ll get on it are striking. This item was $22.99 and is now on sale for $11.49.
