While Target tends to have better deals on Halloween costumes, if you’re shopping for candy or other food items, you’ll often save by shopping at Costco. Hershey’s Kisses are a great choice to hand out on Halloween if you’re expecting lots of trick-or-treaters and you’ll pay $19.99 for 330 of these chocolates at Costco. Target has the same 56-ounce bag on sale for $24.99.
