Class action settlements give people a chance to recover their money or benefits over issues like a data breach or defective or harmful products. The following settlements are open now, but claim deadlines are quickly approaching.

AT&T: Data Breach Class Action Settlement

  • Deadline: Nov. 18, 2025

Individuals whose personal information was part of the AT&T data breaches announced on March 30, 2024 or July 12, 2024, could qualify for this settlement. The settlement payout is up to $7,500 per claimant. Claimants should have received a settlement notice with a class member ID, which they can use to make a claim here

Evenflo: False Advertisement Class Action Settlement

  • Deadline: Nov. 24, 2025

The lawsuit that led to the settlement claimed Evenflo misled consumers by advertising its “Big Kid” booster seats as side-impact tested and safe for children as light as 30 pounds. Individuals who purchased an Evenflo “Big Kid” booster seat anytime between Jan. 1, 2008 and Dec. 31, 2022, may be eligible to make a claim for a $25 credit toward the purchase of Evenflo products. Claims are eligible for up to two purchased booster seats per claimant. 

Evolve Bank & Trust: Data Breach Class Action Settlement

  • Deadline: Oct. 30, 2025

Individuals whose private information was exposed in the Evolve Bank & Trust data breaches in February 2024 or May 2024, could take part in this settlement. Settlement payouts range between $20 to $3,000. If you were affected by this, make a claim here.
