If you talk to car enthusiasts about some of the most expensive rides available, you might hear how automakers like Rolls-Royce and Ferrari use materials that cost more money than entire vehicles. That’s one reason they come with big price tags.
If you’re looking for a fancy ride or just curious about what comes with a vehicle worth more than some homes, here’s what car experts told GOBankingRates about these ultra-expensive SUVs.
Looking for more affordable luxury SUVs? Check these out.
Rolls-Royce Cullinan Black Badge
Most of the car experts who talked to GOBankingRates listed the Rolls-Royce Cullinan Black Badge among the top picks for expensive SUVs in 2025. This one can start at a lower price, but generally runs at least $500,000.
Why the high price? Each one is pretty much custom-built to your wishes as a driver. Of course, you can expect top-quality materials and a driving experience like no other.
Bentley Bentayga Extended Wheelbase
This luxury SUV has a cost up near the Cullinan, but starts around $410,000.
“Having driven both extensively, I’d say its interior quality matches the Cullinan, especially that crazy audio system that costs more than a Honda Civic,” said Andrew Lokenauth, money and auto expert. “The massaging seats remember your exact pressure points.”
Ferrari Purosangue
Based on information provided by CarEdge and from Car and Driver, you’ll likely pay at least $433,000 for this luxury auto. It’s the first ever four-door, four-seater from Ferrari.
This one is said to combine Ferrari performance, driving pleasure and comfort in one sweet SUV. In fact it’s name is Italian for thoroughbred.
Lamborghini Urus/Urus Hybrid
On a list of the most expensive SUVs in 2025, you’d expect to see names like Lamborghini. Starting for around $242,000, you can own the stylish Urus or Urus Hybrid.
Car and Driver ranks it among the safest SUVs. Reviewers have noted this luxury SUV offers speed and flash, combined with space for the family.
