Aldi is turning up the heat this summer with fresh price cuts on hot, in-demand grocery items. Just as temperatures rise, the low-price grocery chain is cooling down costs — big-time. On June 5, the retailer announced price reductions on over 400 products to give shoppers some sticker shock relief.
“While customers may see higher prices at other retailers, we’re working hard to unlock even more value for our shoppers, just in time for summer’s lineup of holidays and gatherings where food takes center stage,” said Jason Hart, CEO of Aldi, in a press release. “It’s another way we’re doubling down on our commitment to help shoppers fill their carts with great products for less.”
