Some of the best prices you can get on food for your Thanksgiving meal won’t be at your grocery store but at a dollar store. You might not think of stocking up on your Turkey Day essentials at Dollar General, but the discount chain announced some appealing deals that could make it worth a visit.

Here’s a look at how to save big on your Thanksgiving meal by shopping at Dollar General.

Dollar General Thanksgiving Deals

In a press release, Dollar General announced that it had debuted three recipe-centric “buy two, get one” bundle deals, including ingredients for pumpkin pie, green bean casserole and sweet potato casserole — customers will receive one product for free when they buy two of the common ingredients used for these recipes.

In addition, Dollar General has added a “Thanksgiving Dining Guide” to its site that makes it easy to shop for all your Thanksgiving grocery needs in one place. The guide includes a “meal builder” section that breaks down the ingredients you need to make popular dishes. You can buy all the ingredients needed to make mac and cheese starting at $6, stuffing starting at $3, mashed potatoes and gravy starting at $4, and pumpkin pie starting at $3.50.

Save on Your Thanksgiving Tablescape, Too

In addition to saving on the essentials for your meal, Dollar General has low prices on everything you need to build your Thanksgiving tablescape.
