Halloween is sneaking up on us and about to attack! Though retailers have been focused on moving inventory for the spooky season for a while now, but most of us lead busy lives, and unless this is your or your kids’ favorite holiday of the year, it’s likely you’ve lost track of time and are now in a rush to get you ghoulish act together for the big day.

One common problem of waiting to shop for Halloween until the last minute is that products start to sell out and retailers hike up the prices on remaining inventory. But you don’t have to worry about this happening at Dollar Tree. If the store runs out of any given item, the prices on other items don’t flare up in response. You’ll still pay the same ($1.25 unless otherwise noted).

Let’s consider 10great last-minute and cheap Halloween items you can get at Dollar Tree

3-Foot Hanging Skeleton Décor

If you’re hosting a horrifying gathering this Halloween or just want to get your home in the holiday spirit, check out the hanging Halloween skeleton décor at DollarTree. You can put one on your front door and give trick-or-treaters the heads up that yours is one of the homes that will be giving out candy. These come in white, green or orange.

Halloween Lawn Sign

Another effective way to signal to your neighbors that you’re celebrating Halloween is to put up some lawn décor. Dollar Tree is selling spooky plastic Halloween signs. One reads, “Beware. Go Back!” while the other reads, “Danger. Keep Out!”

Spooky Chair Covers

This one is pretty innovative: Halloween-themed chair covers, which are essentially Halloween costumes for…chairs! Freak out a dinner party or brunch gathering by decking their seats out in either an image of a skeleton X-ray or jack-o-lantern.

Glittery Spider Decorations

Poor spiders. They’re good for the planet and few have the capacity to harm humans, yet these peaceful creatures tend to terrify people. It must be something to do with the fact that they have eight very fast legs. Or maybe because their method of killing prey is particularly sadistic. If you’re one of those folks who gets jumpy at the thought of spiders, you’ll get a fun scare out of these glittery spider decorations.

Witch Hat With Spider Web

Again with the scary spiders! The Just Pretending Halloween dress-up play spider web witch hat (available in black or purple), featuring a gnarly black widow, is an ideal last-minute addition to a costume. Or, if you don’t have a proper costume, this can be a purchase that reflects, “Hey, I’m still feeling festive!”

Light-Up Pirate or Ninja Mask

If you want to put in a little more effort than just donning a witch hat, but still don’t want to deal with a whole costume, get one of these Just Pretending light-up pirate and ninja full face masks. They’ll transform your face into that of a no-nonsense pirate or a deranged skeleton ninja. Best of all: They light up.
