Do you have that one friend or family member who seems to always complain about their car – or maybe you’re that person? Perhaps the car or SUV didn’t live up to the hype and left you feeling unsatisfied as a driver.

If you drive an Infiniti QX50, you may have a good reason to complain. It tops the Consumer Reports list of least satisfying cars and SUVs. In fact, according to the list, only about 25% of owners would buy it again.

That’s the main thinking behind this list. It’s based on responses to a survey of Consumer Reports members. We all like to hear from other consumers about their experiences to help drive our decisions.

According to CR, “The owner satisfaction score – based on whether owners say they would definitely buy the same car again if given the choice – measures whether a car has lived up to expectations.”

Here’s a look at the five least satisfying cars and SUVs:

  1. Infiniti QX50: 25% would buy again
  2. Volkswagen Taos: 38% would buy again
  3. Nissan Sentra: 39% would buy again
  4. Kia Sorento Hybrid: 42% would buy again
  5. Nissan Kicks: 44% would buy again

When it comes to the general question of which cars people love the most, CR found a wide variety. In fact, sports cars, hybrids, electric vehicles and SUVs all made the top of the list for most satisfying.

According to Autoblog, here are the most satisfying cars and SUVs:

  1. Chevrolet Corvette: 93% would buy again
  2. Rivian R1T: 88% would buy again
  3. Mazda MX-5: 88% would buy again
  4. Lexus NX Hybrid: 87% would buy again
  5. BMW X5: 85% would buy again
