The real estate market in America has been on a rollercoaster ride for the past couple of years, but Realtor.com projects a positive trajectory in much of the country this year.
Although national inventory is still lower than it was before the pandemic, some markets are seeing a rebound. In fact, according to Realtor.com, eight of the top 10 markets have seen growth in single-family home permits, indicating strong demand in 2025.
While the biggest expected markets are in the Sun Belt (Southeast and Southwest), the West Coast and Hawaii also feature some resurgent markets. Check them out.
