As the most expensive condominiums in New York, this massive unit is a 15,000-square-foot duplex in the Atelier Condo Building in Hell’s Kitchen. This luxury sky-rise condo features 10 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms spanning one and a half floors with views of the Hudson River and the city below. A perk of this condo is two future round-trip tickets to outer space. The condo is off the market.
432 Park Avenue, New York, New York

Taller than the Empire State Building, this full-floor Midtown penthouse with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms in the Penthouse 95 on 432 Park Avenue is located in one of Manhattan’s slimmest skyscrapers.
The most private feature is the personal elevator that opens to a sophisticated gallery. With floor-to-ceiling windows, the living space offers 360-degree panoramic views of Central Park and the city. Amenities include a pool, an eat-in chef’s kitchen, a library, a fireplace, and marble floors.
At one point, this luxurious penthouse was listed for $82 million, per Business Insider. It was last sold in January 2019 for over $30 million, according to Park Avenue’s site.
