According to a Gallup Poll of U.S. employees, out of workers that are remote-capable, five in 10 are hybrid (meaning they work part of the time at home and part at the office), two in 10 work entirely at the office and three in 10 are 100% remote.

The poll also found that when employees work from their desired location, they tend to be more engaged, less burned out, and less likely to quit.
