Walmart is filled with budget-friendly deals, so finding the best ones can be a challenge. Constantly scouring rollbacks, sale flyers and everyday low prices is time-consuming, so I asked ChatGPT for help in identifying the top discounts at the retailer this fall.
The chatbot had plenty of ideas, but its accuracy is currently unknown, as the store has yet to release fall sale information. Here’s a look at what ChatGPT said will be the best deals at Walmart this fall, along with a look back at 2024 fall sales to compare.

It’s only the beginning of October, but this is the official start of Walmart’s holiday season, ChatGPT said. Expect savings of up to 75% on vacuums, kitchen gear, toys, apparel and more.
Some of the top sales to watch include vacuums under $100, cookware sets discounted at 60% or more and deep discounts on luggage, kitchen appliances and gifts, the chatbot said.
This is similar to last year’s October sales, as a Dyson V7 Advanced Cordless Vacuum Cleaner was discounted from it’s original price of $399.99 to $259.99, according to an ad posted on BlackFriday.com. A Chefman 6-Quart Slow Cooker With Locking Lid was also on sale for $25 — offering savings of $24.99.

If you don’t want to wait for fall home décor and seasonal collections, ChatGPT said Walmart is already stocked with low-price finds.
“Walmart’s “Beautiful” celebrity line by Drew Barrymore just released a fall decor collection with cozy seasonal colors — think velvet pillows, jute rugs, colored vases and statement mirrors, most items priced under $50,” the chatbot said.
For example, a fall chic Beautiful Faux Fur Floral Pillow is $28.33. Another stunning piece, the Beautiful Trifold Adjustable Vanity Mirror is $39.84.
As for tech deals, items like robot vacuums, air fryers, Keurig machines and smart devices are often currently found on rollbacks and flash deals — with savings of up to 40% to 60%, ChatGPT said.
For example, the price of the Onson Robot Vacuum Cleaner was rolled back from $359.99 to $99.58.
Additionally, ChatGPT noted that back-to-school sales will run through mid-September, offering discounts on laptops, tablets, backpacks, dorm essentials, headphones and TVs. Specifically, it highlighted the Onn 65-inch Class 4K UHD LED Roku Smart Television HDR, currently priced at $298, down from it’s original price of $348.
