Best $25 To Spend at Dollar General This Fall

One of our favorite things about Dollar General’s fall 2025 inventory is the reasonable prices. No matter what your seasonal budget looks like, shoppers save money buying everything they need to decorate their homes at prices as low as $1, $5 and $10 apiece.

GOBankingRates window shopped the Dollar General website with a $25 budget to see what all we’d walk away with. We ended up with eight items, five of which cost $1 each, and a total spend of exactly $25. In order of most to least expensive items, see what made our Dollar General fall shopping list.

If you’re on the hunt for an aesthetically pleasing, affordable autumn pillow to decorate beds and couches, you’ve found it in these decorative harvest pillows. 

Each square-shaped pillow comes in a variety of styles and measures at 16 inches. They’re also a bit cheaper than what similar pillows at big-box retailers cost, which can range from $12.88 to nearly $24.99 apiece, depending on where you shop.

Perfect Harvest’s fall-scented candles made our list thanks to their great overall value. Each candle is sized at 13 ounces for a long-lasting burn time and comes in a pretty leaf-patterned jar. Buy one to enjoy at home or gift to a friend or colleague.

Announce the arrival of fall in your kitchen or entryway with an inexpensive printed rug. 

These rugs measure 17 x 27 inches and are machine washable to clean off any spills or outside debris. Choose from a variety of patterns like gourds, grateful, pumpkin patch and more while supplies last.

For fans of all things pumpkin scented, splurge on a Softsoap liquid hand soap in a limited pumpkin scent to add to the bathroom or kitchen. You won’t break the bank since every pump bottle is only $1.

Dollar General shoppers get an incredible amount of bang for their buck with this pumpkin bowl filler.
