Airbnb built its customer base by offering (oftentimes) affordable alternatives to hotel rooms. But if you’re looking to party “in the city where the heat is on” (that’s ’90s speak for Miami), you may want to think again. Known for some of the most expensive real estate in the United States, Miami also boasts some crazy expensive vacation rentals.

In fact, one Saturday night at this Miami Airbnb in August (after taxes and fees) will run you a whopping $4,294.47. And, according to the host, this is a discounted rate offered for the first three users who book the property. After that, the price pushes closer to $5,000 a night.

Reserving this rental on a Wednesday night (still in August) appears to bring the price down to $3,927.08, while booking on a Saturday night one month later in September increases it to $4,463.27 — and, if you miss the discounted window and wind up the fourth user to book this property, adds an additional $750 on top of those numbers. Whichever way you cut it, that’s some serious cheese.

So what do guests receive for this rate?

Accommodating a maximum of 10 guests, “This five-bedroom waterfront villa is your private oasis with pool, jacuzzi and endless sunset views,” reads the listing. “Sip rosé by the water, watch the yachts drift by and feel like you own the city.” (Which you may as well at that price.)

The property offers a washer and dryer, exercise equipment, fully equipped kitchen, sound system, baby cribs (on demand), kayaks, sun loungers and EV chargers.

Surrounded by palm trees, the bright and spacious villa also offers private dock access for boating and paddleboards. At night, guests can take advantage of a fire pit, outdoor grill and open-air dining area.

With five private ensuite bathrooms and plenty of garage and outdoor parking, the space lends itself to either a fun gathering amongst friends or an intimate family getaway.

The real draw, however, likely lies in the 24/7 VIP concierge service: “We can provide daily cleaning, chef, babysitter, exotic cars, boat, fishing.” … for an extra cost, that is.

To house 10 guests, the upscale Intercontinental Miami is available for roughly a quarter of the price. However, this superhost’s first two reviews are very positive. So if you’ve got some money to burn and want to vacation like a celebrity, type in your credit card information and get ready to sip a coco loco by the pool.
