The ever-shifting retail landscape continues to claim more victims, as evidenced by the number of store closures announced in recent months. For instance, in March of this year, the discount chain said it will close 600 of its Family Dollar stores in 2024 plus 30 Dollar Tree locations over the next few years, CBS News reported.

While some chains are going out of business completely, others are are shuttering individual stores to reduce costs and focus on better-performing locations. This means that some are clearing out their inventory and there are items you can buy at a deep discount.

During an earnings call earlier this year, the electronics retail chain said it plans to close 10 to 15 stores by 2025, USA Today reported. The move is intended to improve the customer experience by closing larger stores and focusing on smaller flagship locations. Here are some deals to take advantage of:

In February 2024, the department store chain said it would close about 150 “underproductive” U.S. stores through 2026, including 50 locations this year, according to KMSP Fox 9. You’ll see significant savings on these items:
